Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Minimum 6 months of lead, supervisory, or management experience required Previous forklift operating experience required Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Basic computer skills required Job Duties Oversee daily inbound warehouse operations Coordinate trailer movements and call trailers to dock doors Organize and direct team members on the warehouse floor Sort and stage pallets in designated areas Communicate operational updates to the Store Delivery Supervisor Assist with workflow coordination to meet productivity goals Support problem-solving and maintain efficient operations Promote safety, teamwork, and attendance standards Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
