We are looking for an experienced lead to assist with warehouse personnel at our Pine Brook New Jersey location.

Responsibilities:

Ability to learn warehouser positions outlined below. Delegating skills. Have a clean driving record. Print labels and ship finished goods according to job cards. Communicate any delays with warehouse manager, dispatchers, customer service representative (if the manager is not present), customer and upper management. Unload trucks and disburse inventory to designated areas. Assist with loading daily routes, customer inventory to designated vehicle as needed. Keep packaging and warehouse areas clean and accessible for both internal and external customer traffic. Create pick list and pull inventory in preparation for loading and delivery. Create and print labels and any other necessary paperwork needed for inventory control, delivery arrivals and shipments. Unload, move and sort inventory and/or orders using pallet jacks, dollies and forklift. Must follow all procedures outlined by QA and upper management. Forklift Certification needed but not a must What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include: Assist with paperwork for delivery teams Unload, receive and place incoming inventory away Build, pack, sort, and transport and packages Delegate daily tasks to warehouse personnel Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing inventory Daily meeting with dispatch and warehouse personnel Things you need to be able to do: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Carry up to 50 lbs. Push/Pull up to 30 lbs. of force. Ascend and descend a step with a height of 10 in. From the floor. Excellent communication skills, ability to follow directions and meet deadlines and be able to work under minimal supervision. Able to stand for long periods of time. Able to reach and/or bend. Have an understanding of computer applications/websites. Be willing to learn or improve on skills.
