Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution, inventory accuracy, and team productivity. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Oversee inventory management processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and accuracy across all warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols during all materials handling activities. Monitor shipping & receiving activities to optimize workflow, reduce errors, and improve turnaround times. Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, shipment logs, incident reports, and operational metrics. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse layout, process flows, and technology upgrades. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced distribution environment. Bilingual ( Spanish/English ). Strong knowledge of inventory management systems such as Warehouse Management System (WMS). Hands-on experience with logistics coordination, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling equipment like forklifts. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance or troubleshooting is preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a dynamic setting. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting and materials handling. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and process improvement initiatives.
