Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to support warehouse operations during a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse leadership experience, be forklift certified, and be comfortable leading a small team in a warehouse environment.Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00PM Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise a team of approximately five warehouse associates. Coordinate workflow to ensure daily production and shipping goals are met. Operate forklifts to safely move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. Assemble boxes and prepare products for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory organization and warehouse cleanliness. Train, mentor, and support warehouse team members as needed. Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.Requirements:
3-5 years of warehouse experience, including previous leadership or supervisory experience. Current forklift certification required; candidates willing to recertify will also be considered. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Ability to lift and move boxes throughout shift. Strong organizational and communication skills. Interested?Apply Now:
