SUPERVISOR IN PORT READING, NJ

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Port Reading, NJ. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and production operations in a temperature-controlled meat processing and distribution facility. • $36/hour, paid weekly 1st and 2nd shift available Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Located in Port Reading, NJ Duties and Responsibilities Ensure all operations comply with USDA, HACCP, and company food safety and sanitation procedures Conduct daily checks for temperature, product condition, and equipment performance Partner with Quality Assurance to address any product or safety issues Promote and enforce workplace safety practices and the proper use of PPE Supervise equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, scales, chillers) and report maintenance needs promptly Conduct safety audits and participate in monthly safety meetings Supervise and motivate warehouse and production employees to achieve performance targets Train and mentor new team members on operating procedures and safety standards Support employee development and ensure adherence to attendance and performance policies Requirements and Qualifications Warehouse or production supervision experience, preferably in the meat processing or cold storage industry High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Knowledge of USDA, HACCP, and food handling regulations Ability to manage both warehouse and production operations effectively Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Forklift certification preferred •(Salary range based on experience) •
