Mission Readiness Shift Supervisor An Autonomous Mobility Company Las Vegas, NV Job Details Full-time | Contract $36 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Commuter assistance Disability insurance Health insurance 401(k) Flexible spending account Life insurance Qualifications Staff supervision Team supervision Driver's License Full Job Description HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Mission Readiness Shift Supervisor to ensure daily operational tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards. In this role, you'll maintain productivity, quality, and safety across your designated shift. You'll support vehicle readiness, supervise day-to-day shop activities, and act as a key point of contact for resolving issues and supporting team members. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and proven ability to supervise and guide a team in a fast-paced environment. As a Mission Readiness Shift Supervisor, you'll: Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment. Manually drive fleet and auxiliary vehicles when needed. Ensure vehicles are assigned to the correct PRC before sending them out for service. Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness. Support spare parts readiness and inventory management. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workshop in alignment with company and OSHA guidelines. Provide support to remote working sites as needed. Foster open communication among team members and other supervisors to maintain a cohesive work environment; escalate significant issues to leadership. Serve as the first point of contact for team members regarding challenges or concerns, resolving issues professionally and promptly. Observe team members regularly to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards; provide constructive coaching as needed. Conduct risk assessments to identify operational issues, challenges, or improvement opportunities. Perform initial quality control checks across daily tasks and processes. Assist with new-hire onboarding and clearly communicate expectations. Support data analysis, documentation, and reporting activities. Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the shift team. 1+ years of people leadership experience Proven ability to quickly learn technical subjects Must meet all requirements, including possessing and maintaining a valid in-state U.S. driver's license for the past 3+ consecutive years with no gaps Must have a clean driving record with no disqualifying driving history within the past 10 years, including: DUI or DWI Driving-related license suspension Serious at-fault accident resulting in injury or death Two or more moving violations Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen Must comply with the company's Substance Abuse Policy Advanced knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite, especially Excel or Sheets Honest, responsible, and an effective communicator Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally Ability to travel locally (less than 20%) This role will require safety boots that conform to

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with Git Proficiency in Jira/Confluence Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (Excel or Sheets)
