Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to provide leadership at their warehouse in Brentwood, NY. This role offers the opportunity for personal growth and to part of a dynamic team. What you will do in this role: Maintain the schedule of all shipping and receiving operations and staff. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of all product. Leading training and team meetings, providing direct supervision, counseling, mentorship and disciplinary support to the warehouse team. Ensuring that the shipping and receiving area is well maintained, tidy and that all work orders and requisitions are organized. Manage and improve warehouse KPIs, such as accuracy, damage control, ERP discrepancies and shipping errors. What you will bring to the role: Experience in a similar position working with food products. Strong people leadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring staff and building a strong team. Experience driving a forklift.
