Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Workflow Management Oversee and assist with daily warehouse functions: receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, loading, and shipping. Assign tasks to warehouse team members based on daily priority schedules. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carrier drivers and freight personnel. Monitor operational throughput to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy goals. Team Leadership & Guidance Lead, mentor, and support a team of warehouse associates. Train new staff on standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and warehouse equipment. Provide daily briefings (huddles) to align the team on performance targets and safety topics. Serve as the first point of contact for frontline staff troubleshooting operational issues. Inventory & Quality Control Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits.

salary:

$24 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
