Warehouse Crew Lead Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong shipping and receiving experience? We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Crew Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations and support a busy distribution team in Medford, NY.

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Crew Lead will play a key role in coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting team productivity. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support warehouse staff during daily operations Manage shipping and receiving activities Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts Utilize Microsoft Excel to track inventory and warehouse data Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately Assist with training and mentoring warehouse employees Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment Communicate effectively with management and team members

Requirements:

Previous warehouse leadership or team lead experience preferred Strong shipping and receiving experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required Inventory control experience Forklift experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
