PURPOSE:

To drive, guide and influence day-to-day operational activities for the Company. Plan and communicate the business vision, growth and diversification to their team and drive the execution of an effective operations program. Understand and effectively communicate company goals to all employees. Direct staff to achieve individual and yard goals and successfully delegate responsibilities. Ensure compliance with company / state / Federal policies and guidelines; Health & Safety (H&S), Environmental, personnel, operations/production activities, cost controls, inventory, quality, and quantity specifications. Manage each department and make informed, deliberate decisions regarding departmental activities. Comprehend and synthesize high volume of information including metrics, reports, and written and verbal communications in a fast-paced environment. Strive to achieve excellence in all facets of yard management. Provide the highest quality product safely, effectively, and efficiently decrease accidents and errors and increase profits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Company safety and personnel policies are followed and maintained. Manage the employees' day-to-day duties. Facility housekeeping is maintained. Oversee daily ATM reconciliation. Oversee cash drawer reconciliation when used for customer payout and at the end of every month. Monitor and maintain accurate inventories. Communicate with management proactively if there is a need for additional support and training. Ensure that office personal follow corporate procedure. Follow and perform duties in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct. Independently troubleshoot minor issues. Maintain all equipment and facilities through implementation of a preventive maintenance program. Employee morale is an important part of all decisions made. Resolve any issues involving the Customer promptly to ensure that both our interests and our client interests are met, in accordance with all State and Federal laws. Set up daily assignments for all staff effective use of all company assets. Efficient use of available space for inventory management. Ensure that Quality, Environmental, and Safety Standards of the Company for production, customers and employees are consistently achieved. Performs special assignments assigned by management. Ensures that quality standards are established and that employees are held accountable for meeting these standards. Ensures the physical security of the Company's tools, supplies, machinery and equipment and avoidance of theft and vandalism. Maintain close communication with maintenance to identify and work on ways to improve equipment condition. Develop and implement new procedures to improve efficiency. Follow and perform duties in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct. Conducts weekly pre-shift toolbox safety meetings. Keep operation clean, well-organized, and safe.

HOURS:

Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, Saturdays as needed.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
