Job Description

Description:
Join our team in Bucyrus, Ohio as a Production Zone Lead, where you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, driving safety excellence, and leading a high-performing team. In this hands-on leadership position, you will oversee material flow and production activities within an assigned zone, conduct daily start-up meetings, coach and train employees, and ensure production schedules are met efficiently and safely. Arctic Cat is a leader in the powersports industry. Arctic Cat markets its Snowmobile, ATV and SXS products through a network of independent dealers located throughout the United States and Canada and through distributors representing dealers in Europe, South America, the Middle East, Asia and other international markets.
Responsibilities :
Assist in running assigned zone for all materials and area assigned. Conduct morning start up meetings to emphasize safety, set goals, and communicate weekly work plans in zone. Train and provide guidance to hourly employees within a zone of operation. Manage fulfillment needs of daily production schedules and any schedule revisions for materials within zones of responsibility. Participate in monthly safety audits and implement solutions based on identified gaps. Track and input of metrics for assigned zone. Assist team members with troubleshooting and problem-solving issues. Assist in identifying areas of improvement and support proper implementation. Ensure all company supplied tools and equipment used are properly stored at the end of each shift by reviewing daily inspection sheets for vehicles and PIT equipment. Execute and maintain acceptable performance standards for fulfillment, quality, safety, and housekeeping

Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Years of Experience:
2 or more years of experience required, experience in warehouse environment required Software knowledge: MRP, SAP, WMS, YMS, and Microsoft experience preferred
