Job Description The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor oversees all warehouse shipping and receiving operations, ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role leads and develops a team of warehouse personnel, manages inventory accuracy, monitors shipping performance metrics, and drives continuous process improvements. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and carriers, resolving shipping issues, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong experience in team management, logistics, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
