Warehouse Coordinator (7am-3pm) Walton Hills $1,000 Signing Bonus 90 days After Permanent Hire Full Time | Monday-Friday We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound logistics, inventory documentation, silo material loading, and weekly cycle counts. This position replaces a long-time employee who recently retired, offering a stable and well supported transition. Key Responsibilities Load outbound freight; unload and count inbound freight using a tow motor Build and prepare pallets for shipment Stage production materials for shipping Load materials into silo storage from bulk trucks Handle all shipping and receiving Prepare materials for the upcoming production week Check production orders and manage return to stock items Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Participate in cross training on production floor processes Perform weekly and year-end inventory counts Complete additional tasks as assigned Skills & Requirements Tow motor driving experience Ability to read/write, self-manage, read a tape measure, and perform basic math Strong communication and time management skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. (occasionally more with assistance) Experience using hand tools (hammer, circular saw, table saw, band saw, nail gun) Ability to multitask and stay organized Prior general warehouse experience Follows written safety procedures Reliable attendance: overtime as needed Education & Preferred Skills High school diploma or GED required Forklift certification a plus Basic computer skills a plus Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting over 100 lbs. with assistance Use of hands/arms for handling materials and tools Vision requirements include depth perception and focus adjustment ???????You can apply online or schedule
