Warehouse Associate Job Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Lead where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouses. As a Warehouse Lead, you may be responsible for various tasks related to inventory control, forklift operation, warehouse management, packaging, pallet jack usage, order picking, training, reporting, and promoting a safe and positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels
• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Oversee warehouse management tasks to maintain organization and cleanliness
• Handle packaging duties according to specified guidelines
• Utilize pallet jacks for moving materials within the warehouse
• Perform order picking accurately and in a timely manner
• Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues

Preferred Experience:

• Proven experience in inventory control within a warehouse setting
• Proficiency in forklift operation and other heavy equipment handling
• Familiarity with warehouse management practices
• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively
• Experience in packaging materials following set standards
• Competence in using pallet jacks for material transportation
• Skill in fabricating materials based on requirements
• Knowledge of order picking procedures and accuracy standards
