Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team at Natural Pack Inc. This role is essential for overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring efficient inventory management. The Warehouse Lead will play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to quality service as we distribute our popular products. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage inventory levels and oversee the accurate tracking of stock. Implement process improvements to enhance operational workflows. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet delivery schedules. Utilize warehouse management systems to optimize inventory control. Train and mentor warehouse staff to promote a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes. Experience with warehouse management systems is essential. Ability to lift heavy items safely as required by the job.
