3:45PM to work is finished Job Description The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have strong warehouse leadership experience, and be comfortable managing employees across a fast-paced operation. This role offers a clear path to management for someone who demonstrates strong leadership, reliability, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations and employees Provide direction, coaching, and support to warehouse team members Communicate effectively with employees in both English and Spanish Monitor productivity, attendance, quality, and safety performance Coordinate workflow across multiple Ollie's operations Ensure all company policies and safety procedures are followed Address operational issues and employee concerns Maintain accurate reports and communicate updates to management Support staffing, training, and employee development Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment Qualifications Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required Strong communication and team-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attendance, dependability, and follow-through Experience overseeing multiple departments or warehouse operations preferred Compensation and Growth Starting salary of $56,000 per year Leadership development and operational training Stable, full-time employment Opportunity to support and grow within multiple warehouse operations
