Job Description
Diata Health is looking for a reliable, friendly person to help prepare patient orders and provide a warm pickup experience at our Bryn Mawr office. What you'll do Pick and pack patient orders accurately. Keep completed orders organized and ready for pickup. Answer phone calls about order pickup. Greet patients warmly at the door and hand them the correct order. Help with basic front-desk tasks. Keep the pickup and fulfillment areas neat and organized. Tell the team immediately if something is missing or an order does not match the instructions. What we need Show up consistently and on time. Be careful, organized, and friendly. Be comfortable following written instructions. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Protect confidential patient information. Be able to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds. No medical experience is required. This is not a traditional medical receptionist position. You will not handle insurance billing, collect copays, or give medical advice.
