Full-Time About the Position We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in the success of our dealership by assisting with vehicle sales, customer collections, and the day-to-day management of our rental fleet. If you're someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and taking ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Sales Assist customers with vehicle purchases and financing options. Build relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries. Maintain knowledge of current inventory and financing programs. Help customers find vehicles that meet their needs and budget. Collections Contact customers regarding upcoming and past-due payments. Maintain professional and respectful communication while collecting payments. Set up payment arrangements when appropriate. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and payment status. Work closely with management to minimize delinquent accounts. Rental Fleet Management Coordinate vehicle rentals, reservations, and returns. Inspect vehicles before and after rentals. Schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning to keep the fleet rent-ready. Track fleet utilization and availability. Ensure rental agreements and customer documentation are complete and accurate. Deliver excellent customer service throughout the rental process. These responsibilities reflect common fleet management and rental operations best practices. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Sales experience preferred but not required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable handling collections professionally and respectfully. Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
