Ultralon Foam USA is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to support our North Kingstown operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work, inventory management, shipping coordination, problem-solving, and customer support. You will play an important part in making sure products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately while also helping keep customers and the sales team informed along the way. Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Short-term disability Long-term disability HSA 401(k) with 3% company match Flexible PTO Paid holidays What You'll Do Coordinate daily warehouse and order fulfillment activities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Manage inbound deliveries and outbound freight Maintain organized warehouse and inventory systems Conduct cycle counts and help ensure inventory accuracy Monitor stock levels and help identify inventory discrepancies Coordinate with freight carriers and suppliers Maintain safe and organized warehouse practices Identify opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency Respond to customer questions regarding orders, availability, and shipment status Resolve shipping or order-related issues Assist the sales team with order entry, quotes, and product availability Maintain accurate customer and order information in ERP or CRM systems Prepare reports related to inventory, sales activity, and order trends What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, inventory, or a related field Experience coordinating or leading day-to-day warehouse activities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with inventory management or ERP systems Ability to troubleshoot problems and keep priorities moving Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working both in an office and warehouse environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Forklift experience is a plus Previous team leadership experience is preferred
