We are looking for an experienced Warehouse On-Site to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will work with employees of up to 50+, implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations of the client from the employees. Duties and Responsibilities

• Check in employees
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance
• Communicate with office
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• Interface with employees and client to answer questions or solve problems
• Identify areas of improvement with associates and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Confer and coordinate activities with other sites Requirements
• Proven work experience as a warehouse on-site
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must have transportation
• Bilingual is required
• Salary is based on experience $60k
• $75k.
