We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and understands that organization, accountability, and urgency are what keep a final-mile operation running successfully. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. We need someone who isn't afraid to jump in, solve problems, coach employees, and keep the warehouse operating at a high level every day. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, staging, and loading. Lead and motivate warehouse associates while holding everyone accountable to company standards. Plan daily workloads based on inbound freight, outbound routes, staffing, and priorities. Verify all freight is received, scanned, inspected, and staged correctly. Ensure drivers leave with every item on their route and all paperwork is accurate. Oversee route pulling and loading for 10-13 stop furniture delivery routes. Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy. Investigate shortages, overages, damages, and misloads immediately. Enforce damage prevention procedures during unloading, storage, and loading. Monitor productivity and continuously improve warehouse efficiency. Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety standards. Work closely with dispatch, customer service, inventory control, and operations management. Maintain a clean, organized, OSHA-compliant warehouse. Help develop systems and processes as our company continues to grow. QualificationsRequired Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience Final mile furniture, appliance, or big & bulky delivery experience is strongly preferred Experience supervising warehouse employees in a high-volume environment Forklift certification or ability to become certified Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple logistics platforms Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while working under pressure Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Preferred Experience Final Mile Logistics Furniture Warehousing White Glove Delivery Operations Cross Dock Operations Inventory Control Shipping & Receiving Route Staging Damage Prevention Scan Compliance Warehouse KPIs What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Takes ownership instead of making excuses.
