• Full-Time/Regular Position Summary The Senior Fleet coordinator ​assists in administrating and coordinating vehicle fleet program. Prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, drivers, and ensures safety and compliance requirements are met and at times, making recommendations to improve compliance processes.​ Position Details Updates and maintains fleet tracking system. Maintains accurate record of vehicle inventory, drivers and insurance. ​Schedules vehicle assignments. Coordinates vehicle deliveries, transfers, or pick-ups between different locations. Orients drivers and communicates safety and maintenance policy. ​Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements related to vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance. ​Coordinates lease management. Plans and coordinates vehicle assignments based on demand and availability. ​Supports insurance administration, including acting as liaison between insurance companies and employees.
