PLANNER COORDINATOR IN GRAND PRAIRIE, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Planner Coordinator to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. This individual will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, supporting inventory and shipment planning, and helping ensure materials and orders move efficiently throughout the operation. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $19.24/hour, paid weekly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Day shift schedule Located in Grand Prairie, TX Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate daily warehouse planning activities and workflow Assist with organizing and prioritizing warehouse tasks Monitor inventory and material movement throughout the facility Help coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain accurate records and documentation Communicate with warehouse personnel and leadership regarding daily priorities Help identify and resolve scheduling, inventory, or operational issues Support efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse Maintain accurate information within warehouse systems and records Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Previous warehouse, logistics, planning, or coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and leadership Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to work with warehouse systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Commitment to workplace safety — (Salary range based on experience) —
