Job Description

The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly inventory functions of our warehouse facility in San Antonio, TX. This position requires strong experience and ability in working with multiple proprietary applications (PC) to track and report assets/inventory, and the flow of material in and out of the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Review/change/authorize daily inventory reports Review/change/authorize daily defective inventory reports Review/change/authorize material and tool orders Review/change/authorize tickets in que for appropriate response Review/change/authorize weekly consumable's expense doc for completeness. Conduct and attend weekly meetings regarding ITC Supply Chain, and warehouse operations The above referenced responsibilities are not all inclusive of the work to be performed. Other duties and responsibilities will be determined as required for the successful operation of our facility.
Requirements:
3 years' or more educational and/or practical experience in inventory control and reporting. Experience working with, and on multiple systems used to track and report inventory quantity, availability, and flow in a warehouse environment. Ability and demonstrated experience in maintaining and directing support personnel in a warehouse environment. Work Environment This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This position requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Attendance:
Employee is expected to be on the job and on time every scheduled workday. It is his/her responsibility to know when the work day starts and ends on each scheduled work day. If it is necessary that you will be absent or late for any reason, employee needs to call their direct manager by 8:00 am on the first and each subsequent day the employee will be absent or late. If employee is absent for more than 3 days a doctor's note (explanation) is required.
