The Warehouse Supervisor - HV & Receiving is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient handling, storage, and distribution of server components and related materials. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and compliance with Wiwynn quality standards while leading a team to achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. The position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Production, Sales, Finance, Quality Assurance, and IT, to ensure smooth material flow, accurate inventory reporting, and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management Supervise and develop warehouse personnel in accordance with Wiwynn operational standards. Manage staffing schedules, workload distribution, and performance reviews. Lead and train team members to support safety, quality, and productivity goals. Operational Control Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of IT hardware. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment aligned with customer and production requirements. Inventory Accuracy Maintain accurate inventory records using Wiwynn's Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain an organized, ESD-compliant, and hazard-free warehouse environment. Lead cycle counts and audits to prevent inventory discrepancies. Quality, Safety & Compliance Enforce compliance with Wiwynn policies, OSHA regulations, ISO requirements, and customer-specific specifications. Implement and uphold Wiwynn safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Conduct regular safety training and compliance inspections. Process Optimization Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and present reports related to productivity, inventory status, and operational KPIs. Maintain accurate documentation to support audits and compliance requirements. Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory control practices. Ability to lead, train, and develop warehouse personnel effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, IT, or related field. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), WMS systems, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, high-growth technology manufacturing environment. Frequent interaction with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Global Supply Chain teams. Flexibility to visit other sites in El Paso, TX and Juárez, MX as needed.
Physical Demands:
May require standing and walking for extended periods (up to 4-6 hours per shift). Frequent movement throughout large warehouse and production areas. • Frequent use of hands for accurate documentation and data entry. Operation of handheld scanners, labeling tools, and warehouse equipment.
