Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Team Lead to support daily warehouse operations and game day fulfillment needs. This role assists with supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory flow, processing online orders, and supporting athletic event operations across multiple sports. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safe handling and operation of equipment Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment Oversee receiving, storage, and shipment of packages with various carriers Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently Support game day operations for multiple sports, including basketball, baseball, wrestling, football, and softball Press and customize sport jerseys and apparel as needed Assist with basic retail inventory management, including counting, tracking, and restocking merchandise Help maintain accurate inventory records and follow established warehouse procedures Provide support to the Warehouse Manager and step in as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred Previous supervisory or lead experience a plus Ability to safely lift, move, and handle merchandise and equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with order fulfillment systems and basic technology Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and game days as required Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Ability to lift up to [insert weight requirement, e.g., 50 lbs] Why Join Us?
