WAREHOUSE SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

Norfolk, VA Salary:

$52,000/year At DNA Logistix we are looking for a Warehouse Support Supervisor to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can support warehouse operations, coordinate teams, and adapt to changing operational needs. Key Responsibilities Support and oversee daily warehouse operations. Assist with team coordination, workflow, and operational efficiency. Provide leadership and support to warehouse staff. Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Assist with operational needs across different locations when required. Communicate effectively with management and team members. Support other warehouse operations in the area as needed. Requirements Previous warehouse, logistics, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Must be able to travel as needed to support other operations in the area. Open availability and flexibility to work different shifts based on operational needs. Reliable transportation and the ability to report to different locations as required. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Salary:
