Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate at GVL Beverage Company, a family-owned, Alabama-born beverage brand built on the legacy of Grandma Val's Lemonade & More. This energetic role blends the satisfaction of hands-on warehouse work with the independence of running your own delivery route — a fast-paced fit for someone who likes to stay moving and take ownership of their day. You'll report to our operations leadership and work closely with our CEO and founder, Grandma Val, on delivery priorities and store relationships, with real opportunity to grow as we scale into new markets. Responsibilities Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver product across assigned routes, following all traffic laws Load and unload product using safe manual lifting practices Conduct routine vehicle checks before and after routes; report maintenance issues promptly Receive, inspect, and count incoming inventory; maintain FIFO rotation Pull and stage customer orders from pick lists using mobile order tracking Restock and face product on store shelves during delivery stops Provide professional, friendly service at every delivery — you're often the face of our brand Collect payments/signatures and report damage, shortages, or new account leads Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no CDL required) Ability to lift 30-40 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout a full shift Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Basic smartphone/tablet skills for order tracking and reporting Strong customer service skills; comfortable representing our brand at every stop Must be 18+; prior delivery or warehouse experience a plus, not required

Schedule:
