We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Compensation:
$12.00 per hour Dockhand duties and responsibilities include greeting guests and providing general assistance to anyone on the dock. The dockhand is familiar with all areas of the dock and will be available to help in each area. Ultimately, the Dockhand should be able to help with procedures and day-to-day operation of the dock. Will work together with management and leadership to ensure successful dock operation as a whole. Welcome and greet customers, answering any questions they may have. Rental boat and kayak instruction. Assist guests with cooler and gear. Catch boats at the fuel dock and assist with the refueling of all boats. Dock runs to gather trash and survey dock and boat conditions. Stewardship of the dock, dock structures, parking lot and dry storage. Other duties as assigned.
