Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking a Production General Laborer to join their team. As a Production General Laborer, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and maintaining a safe work environment. Shift:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM •Some afternoon and weekend overtime may be required based on production demands at times. What's the Job? Manually load, unload, and palletize lawn and garden products such as potting mix and mulch Safely lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift Stack, organize, and wrap pallets according to production requirements Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures Assist with other warehouse and production-related duties as assigned What's Needed? Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform physical labor for extended periods Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, general labor, or landscaping is preferred Work Environment Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled environment and employees will be exposed to varying temperatures and weather conditions. Employees will be required to work outdoors at times as part of daily job duties. Position involves continuous physical activity, including repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift. What's in it for me?
