Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Collect, deliver, and organize recycling and material bins throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, sort, and prepare materials for shipment or transport.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, tuggers, and carts.
• Build crates, palletize, wrap, and securely move materials.
• Maintain clean, organized staging areas while following all safety procedures.

• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or material handling environment is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable operating or learning to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Flexible schedule with availability for overtime, weekends, nights, or overnight shifts as needed. Physical Requirements
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout an entire shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and twist for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Safely climb ladders and work around elevated areas when required.
• Wear required PPE and safely use tools and equipment while maintaining awareness of surroundings.
