Pick customer orders accurately using picking lists. Package and prepare outgoing shipments. Perform quality checks to ensure fresh and accurate orders. Maintain inventory accuracy and help prevent mis-shipments. Follow food safety and warehouse procedures. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of food industry experience required. At least 6 months of consistent work history within the past year. Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly. Must be available to work required overtime. Comfortable working in cold-temperature environments . Reliable transportation required. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English. Ability to read and interpret a digital weight scale. Adaptable, dependable, and able to learn quickly in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
