Craftwork Design Co. www.craftworkdesignco.com is a fast-growing creative design agency that provides leading Creative Design, Product Development, Content Development and Ecommerce services for a growing portfolio of media, entertainment and consumer brands including 7ELEVEN, Aperol, Pabst Blue Ribbon, Grillo's, Death & Co, Arrowhead Water, and dozens more. Based in Santa Ana, CA, we deliver brand promotion, consumer engagement, audience growth and increased ecommerce sales revenue for our partners through enterprise level brand monetization services. We are looking for Production Assistants to join our Operations team, who are collectively responsible for apparel production and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a diligent and hard-working team member who is eager to learn processes, and will contribute not only to the production output of our warehouse staff, but to the overall culture of the warehouse spaces and company. Communication is essential in this position, and employees will be expected to regularly check in and collaborate with different staff members and supervisors. Experience working in apparel production or operational knowledge of DTF and DTG printers, pre-treatment machines, heat presses for garment application, and generalized warehouse experience is a major plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Associates are expected to fully complete employee training with a supervisor and become proficient across all aspects of production, including but not limited to:

• Blank Catalogue Memorization
• Pre-Production Processes, Order Picking, Heat-Transferring, Pre-Treatment Process
• Apparel production via heat press and printer
• Packing and shipping products produced in-house, and product receiving
• DTG Printing, DTG Printer Maintenance, Quality Control Standardization
• Warehouse Safety and Sexual Harassment Compliance Candidates must have a good attitude and be a highly dependable team player, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to learn new tasks quickly.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & TRAINING

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Computer Literacy skills (basic tasks, ability to navigate and reply to received messages via company-provided email) required
• Warehouse experience of 2 or more years preferred Standout candidates have experience with Shopify, ShipStation, Brother GTXpro DTG printers, packing, shipping, inventory restocking, or apparel (retail - brick & mortar; folding, stocking, staging)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

A large percentage of time will be spent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and pulling. Will frequently uses upper extremities including hands and arms for processes that are repetitive. Must be able to lift and press up to 50 pounds. Occasionally will use a ladder and climb stairs. Due to the constant activity and use of moving equipment within the warehouse this position requires the individual to have normal hearing and vision to avoid injury. The position is in a warehouse that is not climate controlled. Must be able to work in an environment that may be cold or hot.

Full-Time associates will be expected to work Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM. Applicants should expect and will be expected to work a full 40 hour week regularly, with variance based on business needs.

ADDITIONAL AVAILABILITY

) ALL employees are required and expected to have full availability throughout the Holiday Blackout period, which typically runs from Black Friday through Christmas Eve. Employee holiday schedules will be provided in advance, and are subject to change based on business needs.
