Position Overview This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with their hands, and being part of a growing small business. You'll help prepare inventory for upcoming events, process rentals when they return, and assist with general warehouse operations. Responsibilities Pull rental items for upcoming events Package and organize small rental items Restock inventory when orders return Clean rental inventory after events Assist with minor touch-up painting and repairs Organize warehouse shelves and storage areas Help maintain inventory accuracy and organization Inspect inventory for damage or missing pieces Assemble, label, and prepare inventory for delivery crews Keep warehouse workspaces clean and organized Assist with occasional inventory counts and warehouse projects About Us We are a boutique wedding and event rental company based in Castle Rock, Colorado. We provide specialty furniture, lighting, décor, tabletop rentals, and custom event installations for weddings and corporate events throughout Colorado. We operate out of a 5,600-square-foot warehouse and showroom and are a small, hardworking team that takes pride in creating beautiful events while maintaining a highly organized inventory system. We're looking for a dependable, long-term Warehouse Operations Assistant to help keep our warehouse running smoothly behind the scenes. Qualifications Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Ability to stay organized and follow systems Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods Self-motivated and able to work independently Looking for a long-term position rather than seasonal work
