Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Fort Collins, CO. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $20-$28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Assist with commercial and industrial construction projects Perform jobsite cleanup and debris removal Load, unload, and move construction materials Support demolition and site preparation activities Assist skilled trades including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and concrete crews Help with measuring, layout, and general construction tasks Spot equipment and assist operators as needed Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively Support underground utility, sitework, and industrial construction operations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

Construction experience preferred Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday Ability to lift and move construction materials Basic hand tool knowledge Proper PPE required Reliable transportation Strong attendance and dependability Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor direction Willingness to learn and grow within the skilled trades

Preferred Experience:
