Field-Hand Responsibilities Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using manual tools and farm machinery. Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, and other agricultural machinery safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on farm equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation. Support irrigation systems setup and management to maintain proper water distribution across fields. Ensure compliance with safety standards in all production activities by following proper procedures for manual handling and equipment use. Conduct general farm chores such as fencing repairs through welding or mechanical fixes, managing greenhouse environments, or supporting horticultural tasks. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions is a must Security Responsibilites Overnight security work 8 Pm - 5 AM Walk and drive around the premises and monitor the live stream security systems Gram/Packaging Warehouse Worker Responsibilities Gram, package and keep track of inventory Oversee weekly audits, and put orders together weekly Interpret production documents accurately to ensure correct packaging and labeling of products Maintain safety standards by following strict safety protocol adherence during all warehouse and manufacturing activities Prior experience in manufacturing facilities or warehouse operations is highly preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Basic math skills for measurements, inventory counts, and process calculations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting

Pay:

$15.50 - $18.00 per hour
