Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and versatile Warehouse/Shop Logistics Associate to support warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, material handling, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys variety, is willing to learn, and can adapt to changing priorities. This position is responsible for safely moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production, preparing shipments, and keeping warehouse and shop areas organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, unload, and properly store incoming materials and supplies. Pick, stage, package, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload company and vendor vehicles safely and efficiently. Deliver and pick up materials using a company vehicle as required. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, physical inventories, and ERP system transactions. Supply materials to production and move finished goods and other materials throughout the facility. Assist with assembly, packaging, labeling, and other production support activities as needed. Maintain clean, organized work areas using 5S and lean manufacturing principles. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions. Participate in continuous improvement activities and support other departments as business needs require.

Qualifications & Competencies:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or an apprenticeship will be an asset A valid driver's license and 5-year satisfactory driving record to meet the company requirements for operating company vehicles. Must meet motor vehicle record check will be required. Must be able to successfully complete and maintain a valid U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) medical examination/certification as required for the position and applicable regulations. Ability to safely operate or learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP/WMS systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team. Strong communication skills and a dependable work ethic. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job including flexible hours. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or logistics. Forklift certification. Experience using an ERP or warehouse management system. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
