Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving ClerkPosition Summary We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for all aspects of shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, and warehouse organization while supporting production operations as needed. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment, has strong computer skills, and enjoys being part of a collaborative manufacturing team. Essential ResponsibilitiesShipping & Receiving Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips. Accurately process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other shipping platforms. Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and customs paperwork. Schedule and coordinate LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight shipments and communicate with freight carriers. Package products to ensure safe and secure transportation. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records. Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding shipment status and delivery issues. Warehouse & Inventory Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for efficient storage and retrieval. Perform inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories. Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and handled. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Operate material handling equipment safely. Computer & Administrative Duties Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat to prepare reports, shipping documents, and inventory records. Enter and maintain accurate information within the company's MRP/ERP system. Generate shipping labels, packing lists, bills of lading, and other documentation. Assist with data entry and inventory reporting as required. Manufacturing Support Assist manufacturing personnel during periods of high production demand or warehouse downtime. Help with product assembly, packaging, material preparation, or other production-related tasks as assigned. Work collaboratively with engineering, purchasing, production, and quality departments to support daily operations. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, or manufacturing. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with MRP or ERP systems; experience using one is preferred. Experience preparing domestic and international shipments. Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL freight shipping procedures. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Preferred Forklift certification or willingness to become certified. Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Inventory control and cycle count experience. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs documentation. Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
