You must be comfortable safely driving, maneuvering, parking, loading, and unloading a full-size commercial cargo van throughout the workday. This position involves driving between multiple locations while carrying significant amounts of merchandise. About Quicky Markets Quicky Markets is a fast-growing luxury micro-market company serving residential communities across South Florida. We started approximately 2.5 years ago with one location and have already grown to 12 stores, with continued expansion ahead. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, physically strong, positive, and motivated person to join our team as a Restocker / Delivery & Warehouse Associate. This is NOT an easy job. We want to be extremely transparent about the position because we don't want to waste your time — or ours. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced, hands-on job. You will spend much of your day lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, driving, organizing, purchasing, and restocking merchandise. Some boxes can weigh 50+ lbs, and you may be moving heavy beverage cases and other merchandise repeatedly throughout the day. If you're looking for a relaxed job where you simply clock in, do minimal work, and clock out, this is probably not the right position for you. We are looking for someone who enjoys working hard, has a great attitude toward life, takes pride in what they do, and wants to become an important part of a growing company. What a Typical Day Looks Like Our Restocker is responsible for servicing approximately 5-8 stores per day, with our network currently consisting of 12 locations. 1. Start at our main warehouse You will: Arrive on time and ready to work Pick and organize merchandise for approximately 5 stores Check inventory and prepare products for each location Load the company cargo van Organize merchandise by store to make deliveries efficient Prepare the vehicle for the day's route 2. Drive to multiple store locations You will: Drive the company cargo van between residential communities Safely unload merchandise Carry boxes and cases into each market Restock shelves, refrigerators, and other areas Rotate and organize products Check stock levels Organize back-stock areas Identify missing or low-stock items Make sure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively Leave each store clean, organized, and fully stocked Take photos of the completed store after restocking for quality tracking 3. Purchase additional merchandise during the day A major part of the job involves purchasing and picking up additional inventory from suppliers such as: JETRO Restaurant Depot Costco BJ's Other wholesale suppliers These trips can involve a significant amount of heavy lifting, particularly cases of Coke, beverages, water, milk, food, candy, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other merchandise. For example, going into JETRO or Restaurant Depot is not a glamorous part of the job. These locations can be busy, hectic, crowded, dirty, and physically demanding. You need to be completely comfortable with this type of work. 4. Continue deliveries After picking up additional merchandise, you will continue servicing additional stores throughout the day. You may be loading and unloading the vehicle multiple times throughout the day. 5. Finish at the warehouse At the end of the day, you will: Return the company vehicle Unload remaining merchandise Organize inventory Maintain the warehouse Prepare merchandise for the following day's deliveries Help keep the warehouse clean and organized Physical Requirements This is a highly physical position.

You must be comfortable:

Lifting and carrying boxes weighing 50+ lbs Repeatedly loading and unloading merchandise Carrying heavy beverage cases Moving cases of drinks, water, milk, and other products Standing and walking for extended periods Bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and moving merchandise Loading and unloading a commercial cargo van Working on your feet for most of the day Performing physical work for 10-12 hour shifts when needed The physical demands of this job are a core part of the position and should be seriously considered before applying. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include:

Restocking approximately 5-8 stores per day Receiving, unpacking, carrying, and organizing merchandise Loading and unloading the company cargo van Driving safely between multiple locations Purchasing and picking up merchandise from wholesale suppliers Maintaining accurate inventory levels Checking shelves and back-stock Reporting low-stock or missing items Organizing merchandise to maximize sales and presentation Keeping stores clean and organized Taking photos after completing each store Preparing merchandise for upcoming deliveries Maintaining an organized warehouse Following safe lifting and handling practices Providing basic assistance to residents or customers when needed Communicating professionally with vendors and property staff Following daily delivery and restocking priorities Requirements Required Spanish fluency Previous experience driving a full-size commercial cargo van Valid driver's license Safe and responsible driving habits Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Ability to work physically for long periods Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive and professional attitude Ability to work independently Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned routes Willingness to work in busy, dirty, and physically demanding wholesale environments Ability to commit to the position for at least 6-12 months A Plus Previous warehouse experience Delivery experience Retail experience Inventory experience Experience with wholesale purchasing English proficiency Experience driving commercial vehicles Experience is preferred, but the right person with the right attitude and work ethic can be trained on our specific operations. We are looking for a commitment of at least 6-12 months. Compensation $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience, reliability, physical capability, and overall performance. This is a full-time, in-person position. Workdays can involve 10-12 hour shifts, depending on the day's workload, purchasing requirements, and delivery schedule.
