MSE Precast Inc. is opening a new precast plant in Davenport, Florida and is hiring full-time permanent employees to join our production team. We manufacture a wide range of precast concrete products, including MSE walls and residential block walls. We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who take pride in producing quality work. Experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train the right people and provide opportunities to grow into more skilled and leadership roles.

What you will do:

Pour and finish concrete. Strip forms. Build forms. Fabricate steel. Support general precast production tasks as needed.

What we are looking for:

Strong work ethic. Reliability and good attendance. Energy and enthusiasm. Ability to work in a team environment. Own transportation. Assets, but not required: Concrete finishing experience. Forklift experienence. Ability to read construction drawing experience. Concrete testing experience. Experience using power tools. Training and advancement opportunities may include: Forklift ticket. Rigging. ACI concrete testing certification. First aid training.

Position details:

Full-time, permanent. Monday to Friday. 37.5 to 40 hours per week. Overtime available. Competitive starting wage based on experience. On-site parking. Wellness program
