United Agricultural Services of America (UAS of America) is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as a Warehouse & Packaging Associate . In this role, you will play a key part in packaging our premium fertilizer products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities Package fertilizer products into various containers with accuracy and attention to detail. Unload incoming trucks and organize inventory within the warehouse. Ensure all products are properly labeled and prepared for shipment. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Assist with inventory management and stock organization. Support the fulfillment process to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient workflow. Qualifications & Skills Ability to follow instructions and adhere to all safety regulations. Strong attention to detail, particularly in labeling and packaging processes. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials as needed. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently. Positive team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist coworkers. Effective time-management skills and reliability.
