Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse distribution, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including loading, unloading, and inspecting shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and RF scanners. Support order picking & packing processes using order picker tools, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for e-commerce and retail customers. Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing warehouse space, and conducting regular inventory counts to support inventory management goals. Operate warehouse management systems to track shipments, update records, and ensure compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards. Prepare packages for shipment following company packaging guidelines while ensuring proper labeling and documentation for international trade compliance. Collaborate with team members on warehouse distribution tasks, including load & unload activities, to optimize workflow efficiency. Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is highly desirable; familiarity with warehouse distribution, shipping logistics, and inventory management software is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying quantities accurately. Hands-on experience with forklift operation (certification preferred), RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers is advantageous. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures, trade compliance standards, and international trade regulations is beneficial. Strong data entry skills combined with excellent customer service orientation to support internal teams and external partners effectively. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail throughout all warehouse activities. Pay:
$17.00 - $22.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
