Overview Window Comfort Windows, Georgia's fastest growing and most trusted home improvement company, is searching for a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Roswell facility. The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in ensuring our installation crews are fully prepared each day by staging products, maintaining accurate inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to safely handle and move large materials such as windows and doors.

Hours:

7:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Work Location:

On site Duties & Responsibilities Stage and organize windows, doors, and materials for installation crews each morning Manage incoming and outgoing inventory with precision and accuracy Load and unload deliveries while ensuring products remain undamaged Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Communicate daily with installation crews, production managers, and office staff to confirm material readiness Run and transfer materials as needed between jobs or storage areas Assist in basic warehouse maintenance and upkeep Safely lift, carry, and move heavy items (50-75 lbs) with proper technique Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or construction environment preferred Familiarity with windows, doors, or home improvement materials a plus Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable Capable of moderate physical labor and lifting 50-75 lbs regularly Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude Must maintain a professional appearance and represent Window Comfort positively
