Pro Staffing is looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join a busy warehouse team in Bensenville, IL! Looking for a full-time warehouse job with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule? We want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and containers. Perform manual material handling and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Build, stack, secure, and shrink-wrap pallets. Sort, organize, label, and prepare freight for inbound and outbound shipments. Assist with repacking, pallet repairs, and general warehouse tasks. Handle oversized freight and assist with unloading floor-loaded containers as needed. Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely, as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Job Requirements Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, with assistance or equipment available for heavier loads. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to perform manual loading and unloading. Experience with pallet building, stacking, or shrink-wrapping is a plus. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to perform a variety of hands-on warehouse duties. Preferred Qualifications Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, freight handling, or shipping and receiving. Experience unloading floor-loaded containers.
