Job Title:

Facility Operations Specialist Job Description The selected candidate will be expected to wear multiple hats in the facility, showcasing versatility and adaptability. Cross-training across all processes in the facility will be emphasized to ensure a well-rounded skill set. Responsibilities Consistently lift up to 50lbs throughout the day. Break down raw materials efficiently. Fill sacks and stack them on pallets for the forklift operator. Move pallets of materials from one point to another within the facility. Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and potentially some front-end loaders. Essential Skills Forklift operation and heavy equipment handling. Material handling and general labor experience in a manufacturing setting. Proficient math skills for weighing out materials. Experience in operating mobile equipment such as sit-down forklifts, overhead cranes, skid steers, skid loaders, bobcats, and railcars. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a dirty work environment. Experience in environments exposed to varying weather conditions. Prior forklift experience is advantageous.
