The Warehouse Associate (Order Picker) is a vital part of APH Distribution operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. First Shift Hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and complete customer orders within assigned warehouse zonesPrioritize and pull expedited orders to meet established shipping timelinesEnsure all products picked are in appropriate condition for shipmentAdhere to safety standards, including ensuring tote weights do not exceed 50 lbsMonitor product locations and report discrepancies or stocking issues to a SupervisorAssist with general warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeepingPerform other distribution and warehouse duties as needed to support operational efficiency

Qualifications:

Warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidatesAbility to follow established procedures and safety guidelinesStrong attention to detail and accuracyEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced distribution environment
