Warehouse Associate Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Cooling | Merriam, KS What We Offer $18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on experience) Weekly Pay PTO + 6 Paid Holidays Matching 401(k) Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Accidental & Critical Illness Coverage Company-paid $15,000 Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability Consistent year-round work Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive, family-oriented team environment Responsibilities Retrieve orders from partnering vendors in greater KC Metro Area Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and materials Pick, pack, and stage materials for service technicians and installation crews Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory audits Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed) Assist with deliveries and material transfers as needed Ensure tools, equipment, and warehouse supplies are properly maintained Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills for inventory tracking Forklift experience is a plus Valid driver's license is required Polestar has proudly served the Kansas City area for over 42 years and continues to grow.
