- Warehouse Specialist Receive, inspect, and log incoming pipe, fittings, valves, HVAC equipment, and supplies.
Verify shipments against purchase orders and report shortages or damage. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory system updates. Keep racking, yard storage, and bins organized and labeled. Pull, stage, and kit materials for job sites and the fabrication shop. Load trucks and trailers securely for delivery. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Deliver materials and tools to job sites across the metro as needed. Track tools and equipment check-out, returns, and repairs. Keep the warehouse clean and compliant with safety standards. Qualifications
- Warehouse Specialist 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience Forklift experience; certification preferred or obtained on hire Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and email Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, and pick tickets accurately Preferred Qualifications
- Construction Warehouse Associate Experience in a mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or construction supply environment Ability to identify pipe, fittings, valves, and HVAC components by type and size Experience with telehandlers, box trucks, or trailer loading Familiarity with tool crib or equipment tracking systems OSHA 10 certification Physical Requirements
- Warehouse Specialist Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly; heavier items with equipment or team lift Stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for most of an 8-10 hour shift Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and outdoor yard in all seasons Occasional travel to job sites across the Kansas City metro Monday-Friday day shift, fully on-site, with overtime as needed #LP
