Job Description

Wine Warehouse Loader Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Loader to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely picking wine products and loading orders to ensure they are ready for next-day delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently build route orders according to invoices, using case picking or the bottle line as required. Load route trucks with products following the schematics generated by the computer. Safely and responsibly move product by operating material-handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other related machinery. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet operational deadlines. Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age Previous experience in a warehouse or stock replenishment role preferred. Basic math and reading skills; ability to interpret stock labels, codes, and inventory systems. Able to lift and move items up to 65 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid forklift license is an asset.
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment: exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving machinery. May require standing, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; some
Tuesdays Start Time:
10:00 am; ending time will vary each day depending on workload
Pay:
First week training pay: $14.00 per hour; second week training pay: $15.00 per hour. After the training period, employees transition to weekly commission-based pay. Team members earn a share of the daily commission pool based on the total number of cases picked, with the commission distributed among all employees who worked that day. Pay is issued weekly. Typical weekly earnings range from $700 - $800. Benefits eligible for enrollment after 60 days include: health, dental, vision, life insurance, and accident plan.
