We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to support our team with general shop duties, light assembly, material preparation, and facility upkeep. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things organized, and wants to learn new skills in a stable, full-time position. What You'll Do Keep shop and work areas clean, safe, and organized Sweep floors, empty trash, and perform general facility upkeep Assist with basic assembly work under supervision Measure and cut materials according to instructions Pull, organize, and prepare parts for production Assist the fabrication and production teams as needed Learn additional shop responsibilities as your skills develop Follow all workplace safety procedures What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality A strong work ethic and willingness to help Ability to follow instructions and work safely Willingness to learn new tasks Basic math and measurement skills Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED Experience That Is Helpful but Not Required Experience using basic hand tools or power tools Previous work in a shop, warehouse, manufacturing, maintenance, construction, or similar hands-on environment What Makes Someone Successful in
